Staff was fast and very well with understanding me and the food and drinks was good and tasty.
Closed- don?t even bother
Amazing ice cream! Store is not closed they are seasonal, opens on Memorial Day and closes Labor Day. They cut down on product... getting closer to closing the store for the season. Which makes since so they don?t lose money on things going bad for the 7-8months they are closed. They do not carry hot fudge which it clearly says chocolate syrup on the menu and not ?hot fudge?. Theyare not a full carvel store just an Auntie Anne?s carrying the soft serve machine, so that means no ice cream cakes or specialtyitems actual carvel stores carry. "We don't have hot fudge anymore just syrup" Well then you need to take it off the damn menu and warn the customer before they... pay. I asked for a hot fudge sundae and I got nasty little drops of cold chocolate syrup but they charged me for the extratopping! I literally went outside the store and chucked it in the trash! Idiots!
