Very responsible and proactive in combating heavy traffic. From dual drive-thru lines to multiple manned cues with associates... taking orders with portable devices. Of course all designed to keep the orders efficient and accurate and visits timely. Ishouldn't have to mention much about the exceptional customer service universally experienced, with of course your exceptions,at Chick-fil-A locations. Insanely fast and accurate service. I expected to be in the drive through for 30 minutes because the line wrapped around the... building but I was only there for 5. Normally when you go to busy fast food restaurants , they always get your order wrong butnot this one! The food was delicious and I got exactly what I ordered. Read more

Forgot to put my sauce in the bag when I went through the drive-thru. We I went in to get the packets, a manager and employees... were arguing and making fun of each other about MLB Playoffs. The manager was very aggressive and made the mood uncomfortablefor staff and guests. Glad I wasn't dinning in that day. Read more
I have ordered delivery multiple times from them and they always forget something. Also there is no point in calling them to... tell them something is missing. They do not answer and the phone hangs up on you. Read more

First time getting chick-fil-a. Last time getting chick-fil-a. Waffle fries limp and cold. Chicken strips tiny, no dipping... sauce, no ketchup, nothing. Strips had barely any flavour at all, dry and not hot. Husbands chicken sandwich not great either.Won?t get chicken here again. Read more
