Great food. Great Server / Bartender. Great service. Food was hot and fresh. Delivered quickly. Beer was Ice cold. ... Everything you would expect to get with your hard earned money when dining out. Went to Chili's for dinner before my daughter headed back home to NY. Ordered our food. I order last BC I have food allergies to... onion/garlic. No problem I was told. All food comes out, my family starts eating, I think mine must just take longer since itwas being cooked differently... Waitress comes to ask how everything "is tasting" my husband said fine but we are still missingmy wife's order with no seasoning, she goes to check on it and comes back and says sorry it wasn't put in, it'll be like 20 minto cook, do you still want it? I said well yes, that's my dinner. So she leaves and tells them and gets the mgr. By then I am intears, everyone is almost done with their meals...He says he will comp the meal. Great, NOT! MY "free" dinner came out with mysteak that was requested cooked medium came out well done like shoe leather, and my 1 side of black beans name out with ONIONSon them, so could not eat those, so choked down a few bites of dry steak with steamed broccoli. When we walked in it felt like the chili's where we live haha. The layout must be the same for all. I was surprised at how well... my steak was cooked. I'm talking top cooked steaks I've had ever. Still shocked by how good it was for it just being a Chili's.Highly recommended, as when we looked for various restaurants late on a Saturday night and they all had hour waits and Chili'shad none. I'm glad it panned out that way cause the food and service was great! Read more

I ate an amazing hamburger at Chili's yesterday! Best of all, it was free. I am a Vietnam era vet who only recently found out... that restaurants offer free meals to veterans once a year on Veterans Day. I want to thank you for the excellent food andstellar service I received at your restaurant yesterday.
