The food was very good for the most part. Apps were delicious. My wife had the zuppa di pesce and loved it. I had the Veal... Saltimbocca and thought it was ok. It seemed a little more tough than I hoped but the experience was still a good one. Theservice around the place seemed really good. Our server did seem to be under pressure the night we were there. Oh and there is aseating area where about 8pm you will be blinded. Maybe the restaurant will hang a small curtain over that. It really is bright Read more

Our family has been scared to try the restaurants in MB due to a first big failure. Ciao was a great surprise!! We all had a... delicious dinner and my kids were happy. We made a reservation on OpenTable, so we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Therewere still a handful tables vacant at the time we entered around 6pm. The wait for an actual food we ordered was a little longerthan we anticipated. That’s why -1 star, but my kids said it was totally worth the wait. Our server Austin was great and Idefinitely recommend this place for family looking for a decent dinner place. It won’t disappoint you! Read more

Ciao is dubbed as a “locals favorite”, but I think it’s just a favorite in general. It was recommended to me because I... love Italian food. I was not disappointed. Although it took a bit longer than expected for someone to come to our table, servicewas excellent once we met our server. The food definitely had an authentic “cooked by grandma” taste and was notcommercialized at all. I loved it and will definitely be returning! Read more

Very beautiful restaurant and very clean! We were visiting over spring break and loved our meals! If you get a chance to stop in... it was with out a doubt our best meal of the trip! Shawn our server was very kind and help, we even watched him assist anelderly couple with the air conditioning being too cold, he wanted to make sure they were comfortable and found them a betterseating location. He was wonderful! Read more

Fantastic food! Employees were all friendly, our server was great. Portions are very generous here. Highly recommend the... tomatoes and mozerella and the fried calamari. Spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs was very tasty, usually comes with 2meatballs but we ordered an extra 2, very good size! If you enjoy pasta and gorgonzola cheese you should get the house pastadish. It's like an upscale version of fettucine alfredo with onions, peppers, pancetta and you can add shrimp! Love this placeand great wine selection. Read more

Service started off excellent but after the appetizer arrived he disappeared and was essentially non existent. Review stars are... based on food and kitchen. The antipasto is different. It’s on a board and not really a salad. It was good. The eggplantparmigiana was bountiful. The marinara sauce is super sweet. Unless you like it this was don’t order it. The penne vodka wasalso large. It was very flavorful. The bread was warm and fresh. The cannoli was beautiful. The shell was crisp and completelyfilled. Hit the spot. Read more

While on vacation, my gf and I were craving some Italian food and looked up reviews and decided to give Ciao a try. It's a nice... little restaurant with very friendly staff and the food not only looked amazing, but it tasted amazing. The only thing I couldreally say is that I was expecting a little bit bigger piece of lasagna than I got (see pic below), but in the end, it I didwalk out full. The tiramisu was amazing and my gf's Penne Ala Vodka was sooo good. Next time, I think I'm gonna order that. Read more
