We ordered online, 2 Large 2 topping pizzas with breadsticks for pickup. We paid for 4 garlic sauces and 2 Marinara sauces. My... boyfriend tipped $4 too, and we never got our sauces. So disappointed. Do better. Read more

So I ordered 2 Med pizzas and a Pasta, both were fine. I ordered them for Pick-Up at our car. My husband went at the designated... time and waited for the text that never came that our order was ready. He also didn't get the to tell them he was there. So hewaits about 10 minutes and finally goes in and the person says, "Oh yea, it's ready, we're busy and don't have time to bring itout." Canceled order 6 time called in twice no answer then when they did answer they hung up. This location must be having staffing... issues because the service is terrible when they tell you to call in on the app and there?s no one there to even take your call.My order would be placed, show prep then a moment latter change to canceled they did refund my card for 5 of the 6 charges, wenever received our order but the app gave us a free medium pizza free code which we tried using today and it said invalid code.Upper management really needs to look into this location and see what is going on at night.
