The price quoted when ordered was reasonable but was doubled upon delivery!!!!! Manager said the online promo doesn?t apply to... that location! $ 50 for 2 substandard dominos pizza and a side of bread is highway robbery!!! Do yourself a favor and goelsewhere! Read more
So I ordered 2 Med pizzas and a Pasta, both were fine. I ordered them for Pick-Up at our car. My husband went at the designated... time and waited for the text that never came that our order was ready. He also didn't get the to tell them he was there. So hewaits about 10 minutes and finally goes in and the person says, "Oh yea, it's ready, we're busy and don't have time to bring itout." No "Sorry, no nothing", just gave him our order and sent him on his way. Dominoes, I know you don't care, but you lost acustomer. Read more
Canceled order 6 time called in twice no answer then when they did answer they hung up. This location must be having staffing... issues because the service is terrible when they tell you to call in on the app and there?s no one there to even take your call.My order would be placed, show prep then a moment latter change to canceled they did refund my card for 5 of the 6 charges, wenever received our order but the app gave us a free medium pizza free code which we tried using today and it said invalid code.Upper management really needs to look into this location and see what is going on at night. I never really like ordering from this location. I most likely will never get my order right from here and they made me sick... once. This time I ordered mild wings, I got hot. I was supposed to get 6 wings I got 5 in a half. The pizza was missing thegarlic season on the crust and it wasn't cooked all the way through. Its only this location with problems. Ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza, returned home with this old kind of cheese pizza. Buffalo chicken was rough looking but at... least correct. Brownie isn?t bad. Was offered store credit, I declined and asked for refund but was told they have to re-chargeme for the brownie and Buffalo chicken in order to process the refund for the wrong pizza. No thanks! I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to complete my order only to be told that I could not pay cash for something that?s over... $35.. proceed to call back to pay with my card only to be told my order went from 71 to 100 and something dollars?
