Mrs. Angie is the best!!! We come through the drive through otter. She is as sweet on the speaker as she is when you pull up to... the window,! very kind, personable professional and very good with children! My son that is 11 years old said ?mommy I love loveher?. (I cried) That Woman needs a raise!!! There is no way that you are paying her enough for that great personality andprofessionalism that we can longer find in customer service any longer!! Dunkin coffee is always full of flavor and freshly brewed and far superior to Starbucks burnt. The donuts are always super fresh... and my personal favorite is the Boston Cream Donut. The staff is always friendly and this Myrtle Beach location is convenient. Read more
When I walked into this facility it was initially okay. The person taking orders ,his name was Noah, really struggled with... simple tasks. He was getting overwhelmed with the ordering process and we couldn?t even get can I please get a large coco mochalatte out before he told us to slow down. After we ordered we got the receipt and the order was wrong even after he made usrepeat it more than 3 times. I went back and tried to correct my order and he wanted to charge me so I told him I was not payingfor a correction that was not my fault. Noah then continued to tell another worker the correction to my order & the employeeseemed frustrated with Noah and then didn?t make the order. My fiancé went up to where they were making drinks (on tap) and theother worker said no problem and made the correct drink. We went back to try this Dunkin again the next day and the place was sodirty chocolate smeared into floor and trash everywhere. A worker swept the floor and took the trash out while we were waiting,which was about 10 minutes for 2 simple drinks. DO NOT recommend if you are in a hurry. Read more

I was going to write this place a four star because the coffee is pretty bad. However I just watched the manager take care of a... girl that dropped her drink, then gave her a free drink. That was very kind hopefully they can get their coffee tasting right. Read more
I liked this location, the staff inside was super nice and the coffee and food was good. It?s convenient if you are on this... side of Myrtle Beach, its walking distance though crossing the light takes a bit. Its also in convenient range to the highschool and some other buildings. Read more
Stopped here while on vacation. The store was clean and coffee was excellent. Quick service and very pleasant employees.
