Worst customer service I have ever seen in the entire National chain. I drive a larger vehicle they have a ridiculously narrow... drive-through with 16" high curbs and I got wedged. Did I also mention the doors were locked so I had no choice but to use thedrive through. Did the lazy employees or the obviously even lazier supervisor come out to help direct me or at least bring me myfood? Nope! Everybody thought is was REAL FUNNY! Once I finally got parked I walked up the the front door to receive indignantlooks and for most none even loomed up from there phones. I was directed to walk up to the drive through window which is a MAJORSAFETY HAZARD. This mornings supervisor needs to be fired! And they employees need customer service and common human decencytraining. Just moved here but I will never be back to this location and will warn away anyone who will listen. And of coursethey FORGOT to put my receipt in the bag so I couldn't fill out the survey to corporate. Read more
Thee person that was working the drive thru was nice but then someone else a Mexican woman came on and was very rude then when I... spoke to her a window she turned her back an walked away I wouldn't recommend this Hardee's to anyone never going back. Read more
Great food, my favorite The Frisco burger. Wish they would bring back The Frisco chicken sandwich back. Good service

No one was in the drive thru. So you'd expect prompt service. Nope. Then we placed an order pulled around only To be informed... that there was no longer any chicken. Drove back around through the drive thru to place another order Both were very lackluster.My brother's order was all wrong. Just a terrible experience. Yesterday I tried to put a Doordash order in for lunch. It was early so I called to see when I can put a lunch order in. The... person that answered told me 11 AM but they are short staffed so I have to go thur the drive-thru to put my order in. Well Iasked how that is a Doordash order delivered then. He hung up and I reported this location. Long story short they are currentlyinvestigating this location. Beware of stupidity there. Read more
Great Food and value! I had the breakfast platter which included sausage, eggs, biscuit, gravy, and potatoes. With a coupon the... price was only $3.49. It was only 59 cent to add a senior drink. A lot of food that was excellent. The staff was very friendlyand efficient. Very well run restaurant. Place your order and they will bring it to the table. Even without a coupon the pricesfor breakfast items are great. Very competitive with other fast food restaurants. Highly recommend. Read more
I went to the drive through and ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Was told they didn't do senior discounts. That's... funny.... I've always got one there. I did get it but with an attitude from the person at the window. Got home and I find theegg is burnt and its as thin as a sheet of paper. Had to go all the way back to get another. Was met with an attitude with noapology at all. Just a bag shoved in my face. Disrespectful staff. You've lost my business. Read more
