It was Mustang week and Hooter's was to be open til 1 am. I entered to use the restroom and we decided to stay and eat. As we... stood to be seated a waitress walked by us and did not smile nor look happy to be there and did not say a thing to us aboutwaiting for a host Then after deciding to leave and I had used the restroom another waitress came to us and let us know someonewould be with us shortly and that the kitchen was backed up. And we let her know we had appreciated her letting us know and wehad already planned to leave. This was my first time to visit this Hooters in a few months and let's just say it was less than what it used to be. Our server... was nice enough but did the bare minimums required of her job. There was trash on the floor and a few tables where thecustomers were already gone that were not cleaned up as long as we sat there eating. The wings were very good so the food isall that kept this rating from one star. Hat off to the cook. Read more
I really don't like leaving bad reviews but my service and food was so bad very disappointed ??. food was cold called in a to go... order they said 15 mins and when I got there I had to wait another 30 mins for soggy queso and chips. Another one bites the dust. Usually Hooters has pretty good food. I definitely don't go for the waitresses. We decided to order... shrimp last night and the food was horrible. I got the shrimp and fries and my wife got the boiled shrimp. Both orders were overcooked. My shrimp was fried too long. It took forever to even get the order. The drivers from Doordash were even complainingabout how long it took to get the order and the customer eventually canceling the order. My wife ordered 1 pound of boiledshrimp. My wife eats spicy food and the shrimp were too spicy to eat. I took the order back to get a refund. It wasn't even apound of shrimp. I even tried one and was over seasoned and too spicy. My wife had a napkin to wipe some of the spice off thetwo she ate and that didn't help. The one I tried had my bottom lip still burning from being over seasoned. Will not be comingback again... I spent $30 plus tip on buffalo sampler platter and a slice of chocolate cake to go. I got home to realize I didn't get my cake,... the sampler was missing original buffalo wings and it wasn't even warm. I didn't receive the blue cheese but I did get 2 packsof ketchup and 2 packs of mayonnaise ???????????. I'm sure Hooters is short staffed but I would rather wait longer for my hotfood than have it rushed and not get my full order. I called the manager (Pat). No bartender.... Someone finally came to bar and took our order. Than 15 minutes later came back to serve us one drink each.... Waiting at the bar for our take out... Hmmmm first Hooters I been to and very slow business. So call waitress bartender is offmingling. Mon Sept 20th7pm and can't believe how poor the service is for a Hooters. So call bartender, she is in another worldfor service. She never never came around to ask us how we were doing or if we wanted another drink. Another quest at bar b4 ourarrival got upset for poor service and walked out. Also this place is so dirty. They wear white tennis shoes and they are black. All the AC vents had mold and do nasty. We are still waiting on our take out food 40 minutes later... Finally got our order,fish tacos for wife and wings for me. And onion rings to share but she never included it in the bill because she never put theorder in with our food. How unprofessional thus girl is. Maybe hired for looks but not for brains. Got back to or home oneminute away. Wings were so over cooked and small. Worse wings we ever had. We eat at a lot of Hooters and eat chicken wings fromall over the east coast. Worse wings ever...... The last time I was at a Hooters it was definitely not a great experience however, the experience at this location was much... different! The wings I got with the mild sauce was so good! Our waitress seemed to be training another waitress as there weretwo and one seemed to started everything off as the other watched. After the initial order taking the other waitress helped outa lot more and was very good asking if we needed anything, refilling our drinks, and coming back periodically to make sure wedidn?t need anything else. Both of the waitresses were very nice and did a great job! OH and the Long Island iced tea I orderedwas one of the best Long Island iced teas I have ever had!
