We are from out of town and visiting friends. We had a large group of over 25 people so we pre-ordered for 6:00 delivery. The... staff communicated great with us. The food came right on time and the driver was extremely helpful bringing all the foodinside. Everyone loved the pizza. We had pizza from here before and it was good. This time it was absolutely terrible. I ordered it before hand with a pick up... time of 3:45 p.m. I arrived right on time, the box was slightly warm and I figured they may have just put the pizza in the box. Oh no when I got home about 7 minutes later, this pizza was ice cold. The toppings were very minimal and it was dry . Horrible!!!! I'm usually on top of reading reviews but this night I had just made it to the resort and was ready to relax. I... know next time to look at the reviews. I don't know who they have working there but they all should be fired because my pizzaswere delivered the same exact way as the other unsatisfied customers. These pizzas look nowhere near a LG or XL pizza. I evenchecked to see if the pizzas were done we found a strand of hair but it says the staff wears hair nets...Lies!!! Stay away fromthis place!!!! I was on vacation in Myrtle and I order for me and my family 1xl pizza and large pizza the first delivery the pizzas was messed... up. I called to tell them they offered to remake them. They did and the next ones came the same way the first one when I toldthe driver I was goin to call Marcos she said call them. So I did and the driver told the manager that I came after her no Ididn?t but I didn?t get mad cause two different deliveries and both pizzas were messed up and the bad thing is their is videoand pictures and she told the manager that the second time we went in room no honey we didn?t and it?s on video where you?resaying you don?t know what happen . Order from there very often? Tonight will be the last! Ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and cheese bread which wasn?t even warm... and when I went to open pizza noticed the box was dripping. Picked up a slice of pizza and it was so soggy and mushy it wasdripping! Called the restaurant and was told it was because of the toppings I chose. So I just ordered a ?Meat Lovers, jumbo? pizza?29.99. (Asked for half to be veggies) Mozzarella sticks coming to 12.00. Somehow... my order was 60$. They. Ever added the 5$ off coupon. Not to mention they forgot the seasonings for the pizza. I called when myorder got here. And the woman never found the manager for me. She tells me oh the brochure I have isn?t updated with its prices.MIND YOU, IM at the Anderson spa resort and THEY dropped off the brochure through the crack of my hotel door. So they charged me40$+ for this regular large pie. Then had the nerve to not even do anything about it. They are frauds and I wouldn?t ever gohere again. I advise anyone to check and do research now before ordering a simple pizza and mozzarella sticks. Oh and they gaveyou free garlic knots the size of prunes. This is what they sold me for 60$. What a great "All Meat" Pizza. We met two nice ladies and the Area Manager. It was our first night in our new home, and we had... no food. We saw Marco's as we drove through the parking lot.
