Wish I could give them 0 stars. Waited 55 mins to get our food. Kiosk wouldn't let us pay at kiosk. Manager was picking her nose... with her glove on and touching people's food. Had to go up to counter and give them our receipt to get them to make our orderand it was wrong...like missing 4 items wrong. Everyone was waiting forever to get food. I could go on and on... Crazy slammed. Not enough employees. Two of our coffees were messed up and we threw them away. They forgot our milk. They gave... us no syrup with our pancakes. Everyone in there looks angry because there aren't enough people to fill orders. Zero napkinsout for 30 minutes. Zero utensils. Skip it and go anywhere else. The staff was amazing and super polite , but managers need to learn to talk to the employees. We sat at table and the manager ... sat there behind us barking orders at the boys cleaning and running her mouth loud enough for us to hear.. Store has customers in drive through pulling around the front of the store to keep times low. Employee brought food to the car... and we asked if we could check the bag real quick. While walking away he said to check if we wanted but he knew it was allthere. It was not all there. Take a few extra minutes and find a different location. Read more
