Went through the drive thru with my mom, order two sweet teas with lemon. Only one had lemon and was sweet, the other was not... sweet and didn't have a lemon. After I go inside to change my drink, I approached the counter and asked for a lemon. The womantold me they don't give lemons. I informed her I just received one in the drive thru, to which she responded: t"what did you dowith it". Very poor customer service, and overall bad experience. Read more

Absolutely filthy , bathrooms are disgusting. Breakfast biscuits on sale 2 for 4.29. I ordered 2 bacon and cheese only... biscuits,no eggs. They upcharged me for the cheese 60¢, and only put one piece of bacon on each biscuit! Like come on. Andy'all need to clean your bathrooms gross! Read more
Same as every other day. No matter what if I ask them to leave an egg off my sandwich they never do it. I have been coming here for a few years now. This is actually where my first job was in high school. That being said, I try to... be very patient and understanding of the employees because it genuinely is a rough job. The other night, I got my usual order, aHi-C and McNuggets! The drive-through was fine, I went around 8 pm so there wasn?t a dinner rush at the time. The staff wasgreat. This is a hit or miss location, though. I have had times where I had long waits and weird items, but that?s kind of to beexpected at a fast food restaurant. All in all, a good location. Read more
Used the app to get a free McDouble cheeseburger with the purchase of a medium fries. Customized the toppings on the burger????.... Fries were hot and salty????. Drive thru was wrapped around the building and the inside had 4 people waiting for their orders, took awhile before someone came... to front counter to take my order. I asked how long the wait and I was told it was going to be awhile because they were behind,I didn't understand that because they had more then enough help behind the counter. That could've cause the problem having toomuch help with only afew doing the job and the others being in the way. Read more
