One of the slowest McDonald?s I have ever been to. I come regularly and sometimes we will wait to order for 10 minutes without... even being told That a minute is needed just silence ????. Along with waiting 20 minutes to get my food and pay. The employeesare nice but it?s clear they just want me to move along. It?s been like this for over a year .McDonald?s is a multi milliondollar company hire more employees and pay them enough to at least care what they do. Read more

The drive thru execution at this particular location was absolutely horrific. People were leaving the line and if I hadn't... already paid on the App I would have left also. In line for 30mins and still haven't reached the window yet! Being in therestaurant business I certainly understand things happen but sitting in the drive thru line over 30 mins is a bit much. It's not that the food is bad, it' coming in between meal times. The food tht sets that are already prepped, it is not the best.... I try to ask for something that has to be made on the spot. Fish sand.w/o cheese. .But I can say they have the best fries. Butonly if have not been sitting for a while, taste tough. Mickey D's have been around since about 1955. They must be doingsomething right. Still a good place to grap a fast meal at a decent price...... Read more

My fiancé and I got two quarter pounder deluxe meals and they gave us the chicken crispy deluxe sandwich instead, so went back... and got our order right but then we started eating it and it was raw and all bright and pink, it was so nasty, never comingback. Read more

Every time I come to this location something is wrong. It seems like the employees in there are lacking training on many topics... including how to make a hot mocha drink. Not to mention it took nearly 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru and they didn't understandhow to process a transaction done through the mobile app with a debit card attached or that it was even possible for thatmatter. This was the only place open during Hurricane Ian and they did their absolute best to accommodate. Although we waited for about... 40 minutes in the drive thru, the service we received from the staff was worth it! Our food was hot and fresh! Read more

We had a mobile order & did curbside pickup. Noticed that the curbside parking spaces were also being used by those not doing... curbside as they're not clearly marked with signs. Checked in on the app & waited 10 minutes at curbside before going inside tofind our order. The order was still sitting on their prep screen and the workers had not even started on it yet. After westarted asking about our order, that's when they started preparing it, which took another 20 minutes and were still missingitems that we had to wait for. Meanwhile, we watched an employee hand out orders that weren't completed yet and the otheremployees kept calling them out on it. Other customers also came inside looking for missing items from their orders. Noticedthat all the prepared food was being given to drive-thru and those that were inside were being overlooked instead of alternatingbetween the two. The customers that were in the drive-thru would then go inside to correct their orders, which further causeddelays. Complete disorganization, lack of time management, and lack of ability to prioritize multiple customers. Read more

The service was not only slow, it was absolutely atrocious. The store is run and managed by people who could care less. I... wouldn't go to this location if I was one meal away from dying, and it was the last freaking place to eat on earth. Also, youhad ONE job. Good lord. What a joke. Read more
