This location is so horrible that even with no one in dining room & myself the only vehicle in drive thru the manager filled my... order & can't tell the difference between 1 LG fry or 2 large fries!!! @ the prices of food & gas now days you would think amanager could actually get it correct!! Yet when I called they wanted me to drive back get my fries & the rest of my order to beeaten cold!!! THIS IS NOT HOW CUSTOMERS WANT YO WASTE TIME, MONEY & FOOD!!! Read more

Do not eat here!!! Hour and a half before closing, I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich meal coke and an apple pie in the drive... thru. Got down the road and discovered no apple pie. I turned around and came back to the drive thru they apologized and gave methe pie. I got further down the road and started eating my chicken sandwich it was a plain chicken sandwich not a deluxe and itwas cold. The apple pie was probably 10 hours old dried up and inedible. Save yourself the time ?.. literally!! Ownership/management had to train people how to work backwards. 40 min overall at one of... the largest ?fast food? chains. 34min just to get food after order was placed (you read that right). 6 cars in front of me indrive thru at mid afternoon and from time I ordered to pick up window took 20 min. Then was told to pull in a space andcontinued to wait 14min for food yet. Got home and fries were ice cold and one of two sandwiches were not made properly. Onlygood thing of my visit?. As I was getting out of my car to go in to try to get a refund or retrieve food there was a very niceyoung lady just getting to her shift coming out to collect receipts from cars waiting and then came out with food in minutes. If you happen to read this, go elsewhere and waitress or bartend as you could make A LOT more money and kill it with yourcustomer service skills. Read more
Placed our order at the kiosk and took our locator # to the table. After 20 minutes plus we checked on our order and was told... they didn't receive our order. Showed them our receipt and we got our food. While eating, one of the employees was clearly madabout something and she was cussing behind the counter loud enough for us to hear in the middle of the dining area. The diningarea was very nice and clearly one of the other employee?s was trying very hard to take care of costumers. Read more
I literally ordered a double quarter pounder burger and stated twice no onions or pickles??? i got the EXACT opposite. How?!?!
The order was wrong, tasted like it's been there for days, and the woman was rude. I mean, would it hurt you to at least respond... when someone speaks to you? I haven't eaten McDonald's in years but my kids wanted to try it. Now I remember why we don't gothere. Blech! Read more
They pre cook everything and when I got my quarter pounder and fries they were no hot and quarter pounder was overcooked and... very cold. It used to be good but I think to many ideas and cooks need training to make sure food is hot when you get it. Read more
