Only go to this establishment if you want to be assaulted by their employees there working. My son and I both were assaulted by... a 300+ pound black female employee while I was trying to get a refund for the food she threw down on the counter. She pushed mecausing me to twist my knee and took 2 swings at my son. She does not realize how lucky she was that her coworkers came out topull her back to the back because I was getting ready to give my son permission to deck her. I have brought him up to not hitfemales but if you want to come out swinging like a man you better be ready to take a punch like a man. The manager wanted torefuse to give the refund but finally did. I'm sorry...the worst McDonald's ever... Unsanitary...... Had to ask a million times for everything...the food was cold and just... plain nasty. The service was lazy.. My four year old granddaughter was so excited....I was very sad for the whole McDonald'sexperience.... The Iced Coffee wasn't as bad as the treatment we received from one employee when we asked for them to get it right.
Order a meal with ice tea the lobby ice tea container had been mixed with sweet tea at some point not alot but still could taste... the sugar. The girl behind the counter offer to get me some from behind the counter which was much better. One of the otheremployees decided that he was going to try to make a argument out of this going so far as to taste the ice tea in both containerand telling I was wrong. Just pickup my items and left the only reason they received a 2 star was because of the girl behind thecounter. The corporate office needs to take a good look at place you don't argue with customers just fix the issue and move on!!! Read more
The service was very poor and the staff needs to be trained properly by a manager who has some southern hospitality etiquette. ... This location is run by a manager who is very young inexperienced and rude. The person that should be the manager they havetaking out the trash!!! They gave me a cup of water when I ordered a cup of ice. When I told the person if they were going topour out the water, I would take it and this dumb manager told her not to give me the water just throw it out.... water y'all!!! Unbelievable!!! Not to mention they were standing around talking about fake eyelashes and lace front wigs instead of takingcare of the customers.. this is the worst McDonald's in Myrtle Beach!!! Read more
Congratulations!!! This location gets the award for ?World?s Coldest Fast Food?. There?s no sense of urgency for the food... whatsoever?ordered at the kiosk OR at the cashier. Enter at your OWN risk.
