On July 17, 2022 at approximately 4pm, I was very disappointed with the seafood boil I received at Moe Moon?s. A person within... my party did begin to crack/eat the lobster that came with the dish before I could ask to substitute the dish for somethingelse. I offered to pay for the lobster and return the rest of the dish for something else. I was denied per the manager says?Jordan.? I do believe that was his name (black male, 5?8, late 20s). $37 for a dish I did not eat/want, refusal to change outthe dish for something else and I also was refused a refill on my frozen drink I ordered. I asked ?Jordan? since I paid $37 fora seafood boil I didn?t want/couldn?t exchange, if the restaurant could at least provide a refill to my drink (non alcoholicbeverage) for the inconvenience. I ordered the pictured drink without alcohol (virgin). ?Jordan? once again said ?The managersaid No.? I never spoke to the manager myself. At the point, I was fed up with the service and left after paying a $92 bill. Theother person in my party ordered a Philly cheese steak w/fries. I ordered the seafood boil and virgin drink. 3 items on the menucost $92 and I didn?t get to eat anything. I did not eat due to the dissatisfaction of my food (seafood); refusal to exchange. Food was average. The most disappointing thing was we paid $32.99 for a fishbowl that barely had an alcohol in it. Don?t waste... your money. Plus they automatically add 18% gratuity. Read more
The staff were very nice. We ordered take-out and the bartender working it was very nice and friendly. While I understand that... according to him there were newer people working the kitchen, it kind of hurts to pay $30+ for two sets of the fajita tacosmissing half of the ingredients from their menu listing. ???? Very pricey for what you get. Even when they are packed, no to very little wait. Plenty of seating inside and out. Great service... although bar drinks and food take a while to come out. I would recommend the pineapple drinks - especially the shark attack(will stain your lips blue but totally worth it!). I didn't enjoy many of their lemon-lime soda based drinks bc that's all Itasted, and I'm not usually a soda drinker at all. The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious and definitely worth it. Thedirty nachos flavors of pineapple salsa and chili just didn't match up nicely for me. FYI sour cream will run you a dollarextra. Also be aware there is a mandatory gratuity automatically added to the bill, and the servers ask you to consider tippingmore. Moe Moon's was good, the waitress was attentive, and there was no wait. Even sitting inside at a booth there was a beautiful... view of the ocean. Food wasn't the fastest, but everyone enjoyed their meals. Family of 4 was $90 (no booze) and it was a littletricky to find as it's in a shared building with stores. Chili cheese fries were great! Kettle chips were also tasty. Moe burger was missing a sauce.. normal condiments weren't it. Like... a chipotle mayo or something would have kicked it up. A little pricey for lunch, but thats subjective. Friendly staff and prettyquick service. Beach front dining, what more could you ask for? Read more
It was ok. Deep fried pickles were good. Chicken was a little dry and stringy in my sandwich, stale bun. Prices are a little... steep for what you get, but you're paying for the view. Nice place to stop along the boardwalk. Really friendly service.Gratuity was included (15%). Read more
The bang bang tacos were excellent but the fish didn't have much flavor. The drinks were worth every penny and our waitress was... phenomenal. Take cash to save a little money. Read more
