First they don?t have their own delivery drivers and don?t tell you doordash is delivering your food. Doordash literally put my... pizza on the ground and yes a bug got in it. And then when I called Pizza Hut they last associate hung up on me like I was inthe wrong. They tried to offer me a credit that I didn?t ask for after this terrible experience. I love pizza hut pizza, however, huge faux pas. Ordered a stuffed cheese Supreme pizza for delivery. The pizza arrived with no... cheese in the stuffed crust, just full of air, and no mushrooms on Supreme pizza! Ordered extra Ranch and NO Ranch wasdelivered. The delivery driver just stood at door staring at me awkwardly before handing me pizza and wings. Awkward. Read more
Recently moved here to the Carolina Forest area and tried this Renee location because they had a lunch buffet bar. WOW! 1st... excellent experience! But, went back on 2 different times since. 1st time got there at 12:30 and hardly any pizza and no lettuceon bar. Lunch Buffett is 11:30-1:30. They said they would not be refilling anything in the bar. 2nd time, walked in to onlypizza on the bar and no salad bar, weren?t putting it out but still charging full price! Very disappointed!!! We called before we went, Danielle I believe was lady's name was super rude. We went anyways, make sure we had different wait... staff. The lady we had was super nice, very attentive and quick. Food was mediocre at best. Cheese bread was more burnt thenedible, pizza didn't even taste good. Maybe they were having off day, but I most likely won't return. Read more
Pizza, boneless wings, and even the marinara dipping sauce was nice and hot. Had great service. Pleasantly surprised.
It's been a long time since we had pizza hut. I miss the apple cinnamon dessert pies they used to have. Anyway, we ordered the... deep dish pan Supreme pie, it taste a little different from what I recall, not bad just different.
