Used drive thru, had my dog with me. The young man at the window was so friendly, asked about my dog. I had a coupon; who isn't... trying to save money these days. Had to pull up and wait for order. Took a bit of time so I was given an apple pie to thank mefor waiting! The woman who brought the order out to the car was super friendly. Food was delicious fried chicken. Not thehealthiest, but boy taste amazing. Overall just such a pleasant experience. Don't seem to get that very much these days so verygreatful. It made my day! the WORST staff I have ever seen.. They ALL should be FIRED there were 3 other customers waiting for food when we arrived. It... was over 10 minutes and they did even get their food yet. 5 people working in the back and, one was on his cell phone, 2 walkedaround, one other doing nothing. There was plenty of food in the racks. We waited over 10 minutes and we were NEVER evenacknowledged by any staff. She look at us and turned away to talk to the other staff. Ordered our food through drive through. Then paid for food with bills and change so we would only get bills back. Nope cashier... still gave us coin change. And ordered family meal with Cole slaw but was given mashed potatoes. No one eats mashed potatoeshere. And then the drive through lady was not nice. But she had pretty long nails though. Read more
I've gone to this Popeyes quite a few times and every time has been a decent experience. But the last time I went the woman at... the window was extremely rude and when I tried to speak with her she was very very snappy with me. So the manager actuallyremoved her from the window and apologized to me over and over again. And all I wanted was to add an extra chicken breast to myorder. Which was done by the manager. Read more
Two stars because the chicken nuggets were amazing. But it took over 30 minutes after we ordered to get our food. The fries were... soggy. Still haven't got the drink machines in the lobby fixed so we couldn't get refills on our drinks (only had root beer,sprite, tea and diet coke; apparently). 21st century and no Wifi? The guy taking our order was rude and there were severalworkers with their hair down (gross - don't want hair in my food). Read more
I am a gigantic fan of popeyes but the employees here are absolutely terrible. First, they are supposed to open at 11am. I saw... someone having a smoke outside as we pulled up and he went back inside. Doors locked and no one started taking orders until1130-1145. Then we asked for a family meal all dark meat and the girl working the drive thru said they dont customize orders. Ibeen to a million popeyes around the country and this is the only one that has told me that. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. GO ELSEWHERE. Read more
I'm a long time fan of Popeyes,but what I just got was not even eatable. Everything was wrong. OLD OLD OLD food, no sauces, not... 1 single item in my order was correct. I tossed what was sent into the trash. I'm seriously disgusted. After reading otherreviews I'm left wondering why the employees here clearly want corporate to close this location down? ???? Read more
Watched employees sitting outside smoking only to return into the store clock in and not wash their hands!! Lady with the super... long nails went to the kitchen area used the tongs and started picking up chicken for the drive through orders, her nails andhands were still touching the chicken!! She was 1 of the 2 that didn't wash her hands nor did she put on any gloves handling thefood! While trying to adjust her tights/pants with the same hands! The staff and even the manager was unpleasant! I couldn'ttake watching her handle the chicken any longer I literally almost vomited. I left. Also very long wait!
