We found out when we had gotten there, the restaurant was owned by new people. This was our favorite authentic Mexican... restaurant until yesterday.. I unfortunately have had food poising since. That was the 1st and only meal I had eaten yesterdayand today. It all came back up on the side of the road at the Inlet!! The food didn't taste as before, so luckily I stoppedeating and requested a to go box. If I would have finished my meal I would be feeling a lot worse. I was going to call and letthem know but the ladies waitress that served us couldn't understand English that well, it was hard to communicate. However theywere very pleasant!! We would drive over an hour to come eat here with the previous owners and they always defiantly proved theywere appreciative of our visits. The food was amazingly delicious! That has changed. If I could rate this lower I would! Very very rude didn't want to help us since we didn't speak Spanish! Also, they were telling... people they were closed due to one cook but you could clearly see 7 people working in the back and it was 8pm when they weretelling people they were closed! We sat down they didn't take our order for 30 minutes! They didn't give us drinks norsilverware and noticed they went to everyone that talked Spanish that came in after us and served them drinks, silverware andfood! We waited 1hour with not one person asking if we needed anything and I had to get up to tell them we have been waitingfor our food while everyone else was getting there's and one of the workers were sitting down on her phone! They gave us 1plate out of 3 and it wasn't even what we ordered and only brought us 1 fork hot drinks and my son's food was never made whichwas only beans and rice! Food is great, authentic tacos. Best in our opinion was the carnitas tacos - so good! Service was pretty spartan, but adequate.... They were out of a few items when we were there, seems to be a theme everywhere these days. Read more

I?ve had their taco's before and they?re pretty good but I wouldn?t waste your money on the birria tacos spent 36 on a total of... 8 tacos and barely ate 1 between the 2 of us, they had a strange after taste. I?ve had birria tacos at several different placesand they never tasted like this. Read more

Was charged way too much for the mediocre food . And the part that sucks totally was they said they don't serve water and we had... to buy juice from them. The juice was stored in barrels ( didn't look particularly sanitary) but we paid almost $3 for a glassof it. No idea who made it and when. On the whole a family of 4 ( 2 kids included) ended up paying $100. Not worth the money myfriend. Read more
