Thought it would be nice for my boyfriend and I to bring our kids here for supper and it was a disaster. Our food came out... FROZEN/old. Our meal was supposed to come with onion rings but apparently it was ONE onion ring... Manager came out asking aboutthe food and at this point we nicely asked for a refund and wanted to leave but we'd pay for the drinks. He said "we alreadymade the food twice" which we know he didn't. I work in the food industry. I know how this goes. Which is why we just wanted arefund. Overall::: terrible experience. Bad attitudes. Bad food. And they charged for a small tot when we didn't have a smalltot. Do better Sonic. Read more

3/12 around 9:30 pm. I ask for a #3 no lettuce or tomato. The lady reads it back the way I requested my meal and literally... received it with lettuce, tomato and onions. What in the hell must happen to get your workers to listen and deliver. This isconstantly happening . Read more
I rarely leave a bad review but this was ridiculous. The lettuce was a center piece that belonged in the trash not on a burger.... It was also cold and the bun was rock hard. Sonic?. You can do better that this. Read more
