Came in this morning for my coffee. As soon as I walked through the door it felt like my home town. Young man at the register... welcomed me like I was family! James treated my youngest and me extremely well. Lady making my drinks was very nice and was veryfast in service. My reason for only 4 stars comes from the situation I seen. The lady in the black apron should not be incustomer service nor anything to do with managing employees. Just the way she talked to that young man, I wanted to give her apeace of my mind. Your employees run your business they are your butter and your customers are your bread. There is no reason totalk down to an employee like that. Extremely uncalled for. Read more
Love this spot. On the beach and nice staff. The drinks are always great here. And they never seem to care that I bring my own... secret drink recipe. Any time I go with my friends here we are treated great and that's a lot to say if you knew us. Read more
Ordered the ?Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappucino? with heavy whipping cream substituting whole milk, blended 3x for smoothness, and... they got it just right! And with a surplus of chocolate on top! Thx Starbucks! Read more
I love this location! So clean and nice people! Literally jason is the nicest employee, he helped me with my drink order. I... asked him for a suggestion, and he ask me stuff I liked and made me the best drink ever. I also had my 3 year old son with meand he help me by holding the door for me. Give This Guy A Raise! 6:15 Tuesday evening and there was virtually no wait. Clean and very open space inside however with the concrete floors and hard... ceilings the place is very loud and there were only 2 other groups of people. Crazy loud actually. Employees were friendly.Jason was helpful and dissuaded is from a poor choice of drink. Pikes Peak coffee was excellent as usual. 5 out of seven starsfor a perfect score. What more can I say about a Starbucks coffee that you already do not know... yes a lot more can happen over a cup of morning... coffee. At Myrtle beach there are many Starbucks attached to hotels however this one is a standalone outlet which is veryspacious and practiced with social distancing... hope you enjoy your cup of joy the way I do Read more
The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly and engaging. When I walked in they greeted me and not like the fake way... you seem to get everywhere now days. They were just nice people. Also, when you walk in this Starbucks you are just captivatedby the intoxicating aroma of coffee at it's peak. It just filled my senses and I loved it so much just standing there andtaking it in.
