Person making the drinks didn't make the drinks as they were ordered, he jumped around and made whatever drink he felt were... easy. I asked him why my drink was taking so long when the 4 people (who ordered at the kiosk) after me recieved their drinksbefore me and he told me he was going by easiest to hardest drink. My drink wasn't hard, I just ordered a Frappuccino (nospecial instructions) and the 4 people after me ordered regular coffees and refreshers. Read more
Went in and ordered; 17 minutes later I'm still waiting when I'm told order not ready. Fast forward 26 minutes later and Mgr... explains my order has not been done bc phone orders take priority. She literally tries to explain that it ok bc that's theprocess. I hear that phone customers are more important than I ON site customers so I leave. I am insulted Mgr thought this wasgood and tried to explain how great this process is for ME. Read more
Most unorganized Starbucks I have ever been to. Instead of making sure drinks were fixed properly, the "baristas" were too busy... goofing off. I paid for over priced water when I should have received a vanilla Chai latte. Waited almost 30 minutes for adrink .. had to ask for it and the guy had 6 drinks sitting back there.. never acknowledged me when I asked about my drinkstatus, started calling out names. Read more
Amazing customer service.After we placed the order we were told they were out of some ingredients. After substituting our drinks... they had personally addressed us if everything was up to par and if we would like a complimentary item from the menu. Great service. Baristas were fast, efficient, and positive. I've used the Starbucks online order app several times over the ... past few months. My order has always been correct and rest to pickup withing fight minutes every time. I walk in, last thetourist line, and an out in less than 40 seconds. This location was quiet and peaceful but the staff was a very happy and eager to help me they even help my wife decide what kind... of drink that she wanted. I would definitely visit the Starbucks again. This location was conveniently located on the corner of5th Avenue and Ocean Boulevard. Read more
Great customer service. I ordered in person my first visit and then used the app and ordered a few more times from my hotel room... and my order was ready within a minute or so of waiting. It was very convenient for me and my coffee addiction during myvacation! Read more
