My family of four visited this location on a Thursday night. The guy running the scale and register was very nice. The cost was... over the top, 35 dollars later 4 small cups half full come in weighing over 2 pounds with price costing 0.89 cents per ounce. Weall ate at a restaurant that night for 32 dollars. What really hit home was when my 7 year old had to use the restroom, bothwere out of order. After spending 35 dollars on about 12 dollars worth of ice cream, we couldn't even wash our hands and armsfrom the sticky table. I've learned another lesson, don't waist your hard earned money if restrooms are out of order, closethe place or give me a 59 cent per ounce cost with restrooms not included. Read more
Went in because Sweet Frog was having a special for 5 dollar small cups as long as you had the rewards program. I looked online... to make sure they participated in the deal and online said they did. I go in to find out they don?t participate and instead ofpaying 20 dollars max after tax for three small bowls, I paid nearly 50! They were out of several flavors and I should have toldthem to take it all back and would have if it wasn?t a treat for my sweet daughter. I was floored. There?s no way all three ofour bowls weighed enough to pay that much. The staff was kind and the place was clean. However, this is the most expensive froyo I?ve ever had! 89cents per ounce. A small... filled cup was about $12. The froyo wasn't even worth the price because before I even had it weighed it was beginning to melt. 1minute into being sat down it was already a yogurt smoothie. Some of the candy also felt old as it was difficult to chew on.Overall I do not recommend. At least get overpriced ice cream that isn?t going to melt right away at the next place over. Read more

Honestly as far as a self serve frozen yogurt bars goes the experience was as you would expect. First off we are a family of 6... so yes things cost more but i have never paid so much for any frozen yogurt or ice cream in fact i have gone out as a family fordinner and paid very close to the same amount as the over priced cost of this establishment on ocean blvd in Myrtle Beach. Someof the yogurt came out into your cup melted like a frappe and it costed 60 dollars for 5 cups and not one of them was overpacked with stuff. I was actually disgusted by this cost and on top they ask for tips at this SELF SERVE business. Im sorry butsince when do you tip people for not doing anything for you besides hitting a total button on the register after YOU YOURSELFMAKE YOUR DESERT BRING IT TO THEM AND PLACE IT ON A SCALE YOURSELF? This is very confusing seeing an establishment can chargesuch a price for products that you put together yourself. Maybe they should take some of that money and pay their employeesproperly. In the end sweet frog to me is another overpriced waste of your money and you leave feeling actually ripped off. Sorrysweet frog but you definitely deserve some truth. Businesses like this need to be weened out. What makes this place any betterthan overpriced fuel? Its the same fuel as it was at half the cost just like this frozen yogurt would be at a normal price. Saveyour time and money take your family somewhere else for a frozen treat then use the money you save from not going to sweet frogto have more fun. Read more
Everything in the shop is very expensive so go with money! They were very nice and my children enjoyed going here. The ice cream... was delicious. However I wish I could give it five stars because I got a henna tattoo from a lady here of a key with a featheron it she designed it by hand she was a freelance artist and it was absolutely amazing. I just got the real tattoo put on to myleft arm. She is the reason I want to give this place more stars. Had it not been for the high prices it would have all stars.If you want to get a henna tattoo in this location I will recommend stopping by when she is here I don't even know her name.Check them out! Great customer service, she was super friendly and explained how everything worked being a self serve ice cream shop, even... toppings are self serve!! Great selection of flavors, will definitely return on my next trip to Myrtle Beach. Even my dog lovedthe ice cream/frozen yogurt ???? Read more
