Just got home with my order. I ordered 5 soft tacos, opened bag, I got 5 vegetable burritos!!! My receipt says 5 vegetable... burritos!!! I should have looked, but nobody ahead of me and nobody waiting behind me I thought for sure they would get itright!! Not to mention the burritos were AWFUL, tasted terrible we could NOT eat them!! We live too far away to take them backand don't have time! "Conveniently" there is NO PHONE at this location to call and complain. This is the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to! I run for Door Dash which sends me to multiple fast food chains daily and this... one had me sitting in the drive thru last night for over 20 minutes! In that time one car sat at the window for 17 minutes ofthat time. I refuse to pick up here anymore! Simply ridiculous!!! Read more
Arrived 5 minutes before closing time and we were not allowed to get in and order, had to go via drive through. Seriously? I... believe those kids were thinking that I'd make a mess inside dining since they just cleaned and they don't wanna do itagain.
