Just got home with my order. I ordered 5 soft tacos, opened bag, I got 5 vegetable burritos!!! My receipt says 5 vegetable... burritos!!! I should have looked, but nobody ahead of me and nobody waiting behind me I thought for sure they would get itright!! Not to mention the burritos were AWFUL, tasted terrible we could NOT eat them!! We live too far away to take them backand don't have time! "Conveniently" there is NO PHONE at this location to call and complain. This is the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to! I run for Door Dash which sends me to multiple fast food chains daily and this... one had me sitting in the drive thru last night for over 20 minutes! In that time one car sat at the window for 17 minutes ofthat time. I refuse to pick up here anymore! Simply ridiculous!!! Read more
Arrived 5 minutes before closing time and we were not allowed to get in and order, had to go via drive through. Seriously? I... believe those kids were thinking that I'd make a mess inside dining since they just cleaned and they don't wanna do itagain. Stop by to try there breakfast. It was about 9am so you would this they would have the breakfast menu board up. They did not. I... told the guy I would come in to look at the menu because I didn't know what they had he said the lobby was closed justdrive-thru open. He was nice and tried telling me the combos they had. Apparently he miss understand me because when I paid formy food it was more than I thought it would be. That's because I had other things on the ticket. I still paid for it and thebreakfast items I got were ok/good. I don't think I would go out my way to get breakfast fromTB but still not bad.
