Absolutely do not eat here. The woman at the drive through was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I got home to eat, which... was only just down the road, I was beyond disappointed. All the items were less than stellar. The crunch wrap had barely anymeat and was missing a shell, the taco had fallen apart and was soggy like it had been made much earlier than my order and the 5layer burrito was lacking meat and so disgusting we through it away. The best part about that meal is that it ended. We wereleft hungry and disappointed. This is the 2nd time I've tries this location and both times it's fallen flat. Read more
I have been to this location a few times. I have used the drive-through once, and have ordered inside using the kiosks three... times. Using the drive-through was an interesting experience so I opt for ordering inside now. Ordering inside is a niceexperience. The workers are super helpful and friendly. I typically get a quesadilla and the cheesy fiesta potatoes. I have nothad any issues with incorrect orders so far, so I am pleased. Taco Bell is pretty affordable for what it is, compared to similarrestaurants like Chiptole. This is a new location, so many of the employees are new, that being said: try to be charitable inyour thinking when it comes to mistakes. My rating is for the service and how clean it was inside, as for the food, it?s fast food! Not sure what has changed from the... previous reviews or I just got lucky. When I approach the counter the staff was friendly, the service was fast they even broughtthe food out to the table where I was sitting. None of the staff were on their phones, which I?ve seen at other fast foodplaces. Everything was organized and cleaned even the different sauces were placed neatly and not just dumped in the bins. WhenI?m in the mood for fast food I will definitely come back to this Taco Bell even if I have to drive 20 to 30 minutes it?s worthit. Read more
I went to Taco Bell with the wife to pick up dinner for the family. This Taco Bell is 2 months old and the display for the... drive thru was already out of order, no big deal we went in. We ordered two of the Fiesta packs and received our food in aquick manner. When we got home to eat, the burritos were good but the tacos had so little meat in them that it seemed like wewere eating salad from taco shells. We love Taco Bell, even though they have been out of the Mexican pizza for over a month,and will continue to go. I hope they are able to get properly staffed, and get fully stocked for a complete menu in the nearfuture. Read more

This has been the worst Taco Bell experience I?ve ever had, and perhaps the worst fast food experience in all. If I could give... this place zero stars I would, because I didn?t even get my food. Myself, my partner, and two others entered the store around4:45, placing three total orders. Nothing very complex, a basic order with minimal substitutions. The service was slow despitemany employees standing around doing nothing, but moving along. My two friends received both of their orders at 5:00, aboutfifteen minutes total. A little long, but the place had just opened and the delay was forgivable. When it reached about 5:15,orders of those that had come in after us began to be completed. Slightly frustrated at having been here 30 minutes already, Iasked the girl working the counter if she could update me, to which I received a blank stare before she eventually walked backto look at the screen, returning with ?They must be making it right now?. Satisfied, I resumed waiting assuming it would only bea minute more. Again, customers who ordered after began to get their food. Annoyed, I returned to the front and spoke to thesame girl, who gave me a blank look and claimed they were backed up. While I understood that and had been patient, my friendswho had ordered at similar times had their food for close to 30 minutes. I spoke to the manager (Rick?) who gave me a look,before asking for the order of the man behind me, who also had arrived after. At 5:30, sitting there for 45 minutes, I threw inthe towel and asked to speak to Rick again for a refund. I was told he was busy, despite just seeing him. Then the two womenworking the counter began to blatantly talk about me like I wasn?t there.
