They would get four or five stars except for they don't know what champagne mustard is they carry something in a tube and it's... not the real stuff and it's not very good the ham is amazing and so is the turkey Read more

Went to lunch... staff not interested in our purchase.. they could have cared less. Didn?t wipe off tables after customers... left.. the bread had to be days & days old.. I?ve always been a big customer in south Florida at honey baked ham.. whomever themanager is needs to have a come to Jesus meeting with the people who work there... awful! Read more

I spoke with the daughter of the business a week before the holiday. The whole reason you order early is to MAKE SURE you get... everything you wanted!?! When my nurse arrived to pick it up the girl didn?t even have my order ready and my nurse had to scurryaround to get an order for us!?! I Could not be more disappointed ?? In this location NEVER USE THEM!? If my nurse did not go asearly as she did, we could have been left with NOTHING to eat!? If they can do that to me, they could do it to YOU!?! ???? Read more

I?ve been getting my holiday hams here for years. Their customer service has never been the best & the atmosphere in the store... around the holidays is anything but welcoming. First, the note on the door when you enter: ONLY PAPER COUPONS . Then when inline: STAND HERE UNTIL CALLED! When you get called - usually by a non smiling face DONT TOUCH THE HAMS! I mean.. Come on whereis the holiday spirit! Speaking of coupons...they don?t accept online coupons. I was told is because they are a franchise & notcorporately owned. Oookkkaaayyyyy. So how is that the customer?s problem? I guess they don?t care because they are the only onearound but eventually there will be competition. I still go there because it?s the only one around but this may just be thelast time I spend $75-100 there every holiday. They really need to get with times & honor online coupons & work on the buyingexperience. Read more
