DO NOT TIP BEFOREHAND. A couple came in after me and ordered food. I watched the food worker make their food from beginning to... end, bag it, and deliver it to them. When I asked where my food was, she searched her stickers and then handed me a bag that wassitting at her station the entire time. No apologies or anything. So once again (regardless of where you go) NEVER tip counterservice when you pay. Always wait to see if their service is actually worth the tip. Read more

Stopped here today with my father. Whenever I?m in the area I always love getting the Kiwi Quencher... it is my favorite!! This... time was a little different because not only did I get the smoothie, but the avocado grilled cheese, and my dad got one of theirwraps. I really liked the flavor of mine. I never had avocado on a grilled cheese before, but this was really good! My dad toldme he would go back there for lunch again, that he thought his wrap was very good too. I should also add that our cashier/serverJanie was very sweet and quick with the service. And shout out to the other girl who was preparing our food in the background,she was quick as well. If I could give ZERO stars I would. The service at this location is so terrible. All of the workers are clueless on top of being... short staffed. When ordering, the cashier had no idea what was going on. I waited for my food while my smoothies were melting,only to find that they lost my order. After asking where my order was twice, they still hadn?t made it. They were clearly onisland time. Not to mention, to add a smoothie to a meal is now almost as much as a regular smoothie price. In general the food is good the reason for the 3 stars is the last 2 times I ordered from there they messed up the orders. I... get my smoothies with no sugar or turbonado as they call it, They made my smoothie together with someone else's who got the samething but with half the sugar as usual and they considered that as no sugar on my smoothie. I did get my $ back for the smoothiebut only after arguing with the worker that my smoothie did in fact have sugar added. This last time I placed an order onlineand my thai chx wrap had no thai peanut sauce on it. Read more

Took 30 minutes to get our order complete. 2 smoothies. Received 1 in 10 min. 2nd one. Had to go to counter to ask where was... rest of order only to have an employee start cursing at several customers, walked in back, came back out of back room cussingand flipping customers off.
