They took my order and I sat for about 50 mins. Long enough for an old man and I to make conversation as he was waiting too. ... We noticed that people who ordered after us were getting there food. I decided to ask at the register how my pizza was comingalong. They saw me waiting and ignored me for a little while, helping other people that were walking up to the bar area.Finally came to ask how they could help me and I asked if my pizza was ready. Well, it had been sitting over the oven area. Itwas done for a very long time. So was the old man's pizza. I told the lady, no one called my name. She said I didn't takeyour order. I don't know if it was cause i was from out of town or what but I thought it was not cool. This is a first 2 starsI've ever given in anything. I'm a nice person, but I really feel like they didn't care about me and my order. OK let me tell you Abby's the fake cheese? Luke warm pizza and and overpriced for quality gets 1 star. I only even go there just... to play the poker machines anymore. But one special young lady who works at the Abby's on diamond lake in Roseburg was a supercool chic. We happened to be leaving after my boyfriend won a few bucks and it was closing time close to it and this awesomechic comes out with some pizza they had left over and gave it to us. That was super cool. We ate some out of gratitude and thatmade us believe it was realy good. Course it was free and my boyfriend was starving like always. I wish I could remember hername. How would you like a stupid computer to 'tell" you it doesn't like the password you're trying to use so you can't place your... online order until you choose a better one of its liking? Shades of AI in the works! This after fighting with their phoneshanging up for a half hour and dealing with the website not wanting to load. Not having wings delivered tonight! Or ever again!The following questions can't be answered because there was NO order ever placed due to an impertinent AI BOT computer whichREFUSED to take my order! We were in a campground nearby and we called them to see if they delivered to this Campground. They said the order had to be an... $80 minimum with a $5 delivery charge. Our order was not complete. We asked for double toppings on our large linguista pizza andwe asked for extra Ranch. We did not get the double toppings nor did we receive any Ranch. Very disappointed! Over priced. But I would give 5 stars if my pizzas weren't more often burnt than not, and morale there. Employees seem like they... hate their job. Not saying I don't get it, work sucks, but I feel like I nuisance just being there. Really good pizza when theydon't burn it. Only pizza I think that tastes good reheated in a microwave. Read more
Please stop and see these people. The gentleman who took our order and made our pizza was so nice. Pizza was pretty good, not... my favorite,but solid. They don't skimp on the toppings. It was just a little dry for me, personally. I like a little moresauce and cheese. The star of the meal for me was the spina salad. It was really really yummy. Ordered delivery online (we usually always eat in or pick up) order was incorrect, so we had to drive down to Abbys (they... were not answering their phones) to request the issue to be corrected. The Greek pizza was good but my companion sad the chicken was bland. Other than the chicken recipe, I think they could probably... do something to spice up the place. Some of the employees were leaning on the counter gazing off into space much of the timewhile we were dining. Looked like they were completely bored with their jobs. Read more
