Decided to try this place on a whim, and oh boy it did not disappoint! I got the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a biscuit,... and my mom got the avo and egg sandwich on a bagel. Also a side of home fries. Everything was delicious! Eggs were cooked toorder, the bagel and biscuit were super fresh, and the home fries were perfectly seasoned. We also got the pumpkin butterscotchscone to go and that is amazing!! Nice outdoor seating area, and the indoor dining looked spacious. Please give this place atry, my experience was fantastic! I recommend this place to anyone in the area of Mystic CT. The waitress we had , Sarah was so accommodating and sweet. My aunt... is vegan and requested a special dish. The cook Danielle came out and made sure of how she wanted it and even added more to it,to make it more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond. Such a great experience. From start to finish an amazing experience. The waitress “Sarah” was incredibly kind and thoughtful and “Danielle” our... chef again amazing! The food was delicious, service impeccable. I visited the other day and didn't realize that they had a different, preset brunch menu and we were required to order from it... if we planned on eating there. That was fine the menu items looked good, however there was no ability to substitute sides.Instead of substituting we just ordered an additional side. However when the food came out, it was the wrong additional side weordered. When I asked our waitress she said that is what we ordered since she had already told us no substitutions. That wasfine and all but it was still the wrong side. We didn't see our waitress again after the interaction and had to go up theregister to ask for the check and pay. Food is really good. Breakfast tacos and the apple chicken sausage are amazing. First time I went service was slow and kitchen... wait time was very long but figured it was just because it was a nice day and busy. Second time it was cloudy and not evenremotely busy and the food took forever. Really nice breakfast spot that had been suggested to us, and I am happy we checked it out. A very clean and happening spot. A... interesting menu, a little different than your typical breakfast spot. They are also make their own pastries. A nice selectionof shakes And smoothies as well. Enjoyed a nice breakfast here two days in a row while visiting Mystic! We were there early morning both days - so it was not... busy. Service was good and food was excellent! Loved the Bacon skillet, fresh fruit plate, sandwiches, and pancakes. Sweetpotato hash was not my flavor preference (heavy pepper overbearing the sweetness), but could appeal to others. Not a favorite. Food was not hot. Also got our order wrong and the only comment was I didn’t charge you for the extra egg, not... the point but wasn’t worth pursuing. Service was not great. We finished our meal before the server cam back to ask if wewanted more coffee. Food looked much better than it tasted. Homemade sausage was a little dry without much flavor. Read more
