Wow?. Just? wow. I am not exaggerating, we were in the drive up line for at least 20 minutes. With only one person in front of... us. We waited behind 1 person for 5 minutes, before we heard the person on the intercom say ?we?ll be with you in a moment?, tothe car in front of us, which then took another 3 or 4 minutes before someone took that persons order. So then we pull up, andit was the same exact thing. We waited for at least 5 minutes before being told ?we?ll be with you in a moment?, which wasagain, another 5 minutes. We literally ordered 2 drinks. This was the most insane ?wait? in a drive through I?ve ever had.There wasn?t a line of cars, there wasn?t large orders being placed. I think there was only 1 person working to be honest. Onlyreason I gave a 2 star is because the person wasn?t rude. She wasn?t exactly ?nice? or ?friendly? but wasn?t rude. So there?sthat anyways. Great coffee, sandwiches are always cooked the right way and no long waiting time. I used to go to the one right up the road... near the hardware store daily until I noticed they kept letting the more pleasant Dunkin employees go. Been back a handful oftimes for the convenience but every time I did I got stuck with the one girl at the counter that always messes up my coffee tothe point where the last couple times I had to try it before I left to save myself the trip! Supposedly I'm not the first personto complain about it but instead of Dunkin doing anything about it, they keep her and let the others who can make a coffee go..figure that one out! My friend left a review last week and oddly enough I don't see it! Hmmm... Must be to real for them to show it I guess?? Anyway,... maybe if we include "key words" and not be so honest it'll actually show? Hey the coffees good here though! It's ashamed I'm notgoing to be coming to this one anymore due to a disrespectful "somone" driving all the actual good help away. This person(starts with D ends with A "4 letter word") has only been there months as opposed to the person(s) that's leaving years of overqualified experience. Bagel and cream cheese isn't bad either "wink". However, my friend who makes my coffee perfect and who'sbeen a loyal employee for years is leaving (along with others) because of the lack of proper leadership here that favors onedrama starting "victim". GOD I REALLY WANT TO WRITE IT LIKE IT IS BUT NO ONE WILL SEE IT BECAUSE, WELL "TRUTH"! "Dozen ofdonuts, didn't have glaze wink wink" I will drive 5 miles out of my way for a coffee from now on. Well, I started with good morning can I get... etc. I got to the window and I showed her my Dunkin' app so she can scan it,... nothing crazy. I take my coffee and as I'm about to drive off , she slams the window and all I hear is "I F$&KING HATE WHEN THEYPUT THEIR PHONE UP LIKE THIS IS F$&KING MCDONALDS".
