Went to this dunkin donut to get me a coffee and my grandson and daughter Strawberry sprinkle doughnut. Even with an empty lobby and parking lot, you will still have a 10 minute wait at the drive thru and your order will be... incorrect. Read more
Says store closes at 8 and it?s 7:40 all the doors are locked and drive thru is taking cars. We walked here and refused service.... Ran back to get a car and we?re told they?re out of all donuts and treats. Sounds like accuracy and training are necessary. Read more
The new paper cups are no good. The coffee gets cold faster. Every Dunkies I have gone never had a problem giving me an extra... cup to insulate it better. This Dunkies, first off had a very slow drive thru. When asked for a 2and cup, I was told I neededto pay for it. Ok, I understand, maybe .25 cents. The girl at window came back and told me manager needs to charge full price. The absolute greed and poor customer service was deplorable. Hey Dunkies, this manager needs retraining!! Read more
