A nice Mexican restaurant in Mystic. The service is really good and there is ample seating available. We wanted to sit ay patio... and was seated immediately. The chips and salsa were good and fresh. The two margaritas that we ordered tasted very similar tothe original margaritas. So you are better off ordering the original one than trying the flavored one. Zarape was however verygood and fresh and nicely seasoned. Nice option for vegetarians. Would recommend stopping by! Read more
Food was good, service was good. My husband got the original margarita, he said it was good. My biggest complaint is that this... restaurant has no accommodation for people with mobility issues. The restaurant is a full flight plus three steps up and nolift. Read more
I went here with a party of 14. The timing of the food was completely off. My 3 soft shell tacos came out 25 minutes before... everyone else?s food. My kids asked for cheese quesadillas with no toppings and it came out with tops. We sent it back and askedfor the toppings to come off and the quesadilla came back with toppings on it for a 2nd time. The waitress was nice andapologetic. Obviously, the timing of the food is not her fault because that is the kitchen who controls that. The manager didapologize for all the mistakes and took off the tacos and other food that was not ate. Read more
The place could be a little difficult to find and to get to the restaurant you will have to go a flight of stairs to the dining... area and another to the bar we wanted to be seated on the outdoor area and it was nice it gives you the feeling that you're on atree house, for drinks we got the flight of margaritas, you only get to pick one flavor the other three are seasonal, forappetizer we got the street corn which was very good, and for entree was the grill baja fish tacos they were delicious seasonedand grill to perfection with a flavorful spicy sauce. Nice quiet place with great food! Atmosphere was pleasant and not too busy. The staff was extremely friendly and our server was... on point. The queso dip was delicious and the nachos were very filling and tasted great. Also, can't beat the 16 oz Modelo ondraft! Will definitely come back for the food and experience. Had a fantastic dinner. I love that Margarita's had vegetarian options too, so I can eat something tasty and my husband can have... meat options too. The Vegetarian Burrito is flavor packed and a generous size. My husband greatly enjoyed the chickenchimichangas. Their nachos are also amazing. Read more
Wonderful atmosphere. We sat outside on the patio and the weather was wonderful. The Margheritas were delicious and the service... was pretty good. The food was alright but my family loves Mexican and we've been to so many different establishments this wasn'tas impressive as others. I'm not saying it was bad at all but it's not close to the authentic restaurants we've been to.Everyone was comfortable and happy and the food was hot and fresh. Read more
Absolutely amazing food and service!! Wife felt like Mexican food and we came here on a whim. There was only one server working... and he was holding it down like a true master. Very friendly and helpful he was as quick with the drinks and chips and salsa. Ihad the steak chimichanga and my wife had the sampler. Kids both got the kids nachos. Everything was stellar and we would nothesitate to come again; most likely soon! Read more
