Growing up in the mystic area and graduating in the early 80's we used to make this mcdonald's our hang out or enjoy a meal with... family. Now the place is a dump and dirty. And it's true some of the staff swear and are somewhat intimidating if you complain. I love two of female employees who are a blessing. Read more
There were 2 individuals at the drive through late at night that were absolutely awful. Their customer service skills were not... good. We had 2 cars and the first car was being told how terrible the customers were behind them. They said that they never gavethem a drink they wanted. I would not go to this store if you are trying to not be ridiculed and get okay food. It was asupremely unprofessional demonstration in a very nice area. They were using derogatory terms towards each other and cussing atboth cars. Avoid Thursday night after 10pm at this McDonalds. Read more
Very polite staff. However they forgot our sauce even after we requested it with the order. They also closed the window and... ignored us till the next cars order was brought to the window. Check your bags before driving away. Read more
I ordered thru the drive thru a Quarter pounder with cheese no catchup or onions and a large fry no salt. What I received was a... quarter pounder with catchup which I cant have I found after a took a bite and the catchup went all over me running my shirt.Very disappointing to receive this type of service. Employee at the Drive thru didn't understand anything we said. Kept telling us we have no sweet tea never even asked for tea.... Then switched to HI C never asked for that then said goodbye. After getting our order finally placed we got home to eat and noburger on my husband's cheeseburger. To expensive to not get what you ordered. Very disappointed. Bad experience all around!! Read more
Not sure what was up with one of the guys making the food but he was in a bad mood or mad at one of the other people and took it... out on our food. Squished our kids cheeseburgers and made them really messy, threw the fries in the happy meal containers sothey were everywhere. Not happy that some kid couldn?t keep it professional enough to do his job. Read more
Super disappointing way to start my morning with my family we don?t typically go out for breakfast and McDonald?s at that but... was making it a special day for the little one on holiday weekend. Only to be yelled at on the speaker and super rude about whatI was ordering. Only for them to get everything completely wrong spent 25 dollars and didn?t get anything right. Everything wasstale and hard and just not even right never going back and spending money on sh*% might as well just close this McDonald?s downnobody seems to have a good expirence here what a shame. Order from here late at night when we crave nuggets. Unfortunately the fries always show up half empty. When I pay for a large... fry, I expect a large fry, not a medium in a large container. Useless management and employees. Quality control non existent.Four years of broken soda machines and half sized fries. Had to complain. Hate this location. Read more
