The best Mexican food in CT. The whole place has an authentic vibe to it and the interior reminds you of Cali Mexican... restaurants. The food was really good. The nachos were super fresh and plentiful and the mole sauce put the over the top. Thetacos were great and they cook a mean Ny steak. Outstanding atmosphere, food and service. Read more

Fresh food !!! So delicious and flavorful! Margaritas were delicious we had El Camino Margarita. Our server was amazing . Great... communication and hospitality the moment we walked in greeted with a smile . We even had the option to grab a drink at the barwhile we waited. Read more
Incredible!! They're customer service is unreal. They were slammed on a Saturday night and they were attentive to not only me... and my wife, but the other patrons who are waiting. Upscale Mexican dinning. Delicious food, with great flavor! The guacamole is amazing. Great freindly service. Quick and... attentive. Their drinks were made perfectly, shout out to the bar tender! This was the best dining experience I have had in a long time and the best experience I had during my stay in Mystic. The... service is impeccable and the food was delicious. Having such good food and service is very rare. Regarding the service:although our table was not ready at the time of our reservation, the manager offered drinks on the house to our entire party toapologize for the wait. Not only that, but once we were seated, he also stopped by our table three times: Once to drop offdelicious guac, salsa and chips (again, on the house) and two more times to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying the meal.The waitress and staff were awesome as well. Regarding the food: Our party of six each ordered a different meal and no one wasdisappointed. The prices are reasonable and portions are ample. Regarding the beverages: The bar makes legit margaritas. Theyare delicious and from scratch. If I were to be VERY picky and try to find any criticism of the restaurant, it would be that itcan be a little noisy indoors. We were fortunate to sit on the balcony and we were very comfortable with the outdoor heaters. Ifyou are going to be in Mystic, make sure you go to Rio Salado! Read more
