It is your standard Starbucks, nothing special or different about it than another Starbucks in the United States. Standard... coffee drinks and pastries that you would find at any Starbucks, it is clean and well-stocked. Staff is very nice. Read more

I went into this Starbucks today, and the girl with the brown and pink hair took our order. After we were finished ordering, she... said ?you?re very pretty? and it meant the world to me. I?ve gained a lot of weight due to a health issue and my self esteem hasbeen very fragile, but that simple comment made my whole day. I didn?t know how to give this positive feedback or thank her, butI appreciated her kindness. And to add to the great service, the coffee was perfect. We will be back. Thank you again ?? Read more

This is the worst experience I've had at Starbucks. There is process improvement needed on the mobile order vs cafe order. Using... principles of LEAN would assist this store in getting orders out in a timely manner. I ordered two frappuccinos and no less than20 mobile orders were processed in front of me. The customer who is in the store should be the customer served first. Processimprovement such as having the customer let you know when they arrive at the store may assist you at this store in reducingbacklog. Also I watched 2 team members leave the floor while there were 10 people in line to order and 15 people waiting to getorders in store. I have attached pictures of the amount of mobile orders sitting on the counter for 20 minutes while instorecustomers were left sitting. Lean and Six Sigma may help this store perform at a higher level. TLDR ordered 2 drinks at 1035and didn't get then until 1100. Read more

Not only are they allowing employees to work with runny noses and improper use of masks, the manager is very rude. Cut in front... of the line of customers canceling the order to deal with an issue for a different register, because that person had already cutthe line. Only reason the are getting 2 stars at all is after I explained our very basic order of an iced tea and lemonade tothe barista actually making our order, it was made correctly. It's not their fault the girl at the cash was incompetent. Read more
