Stopped in for a drink on a Tuesday afternoon. This place is adorable. An old gas station transformed in a cool little taco... place. The bartender was friendly and there were numerous staff members around cleaning and prepping for the night time crowds.Tried the mango margarita and it was delicious. Good tacos, the pastor & pollo verde were mg favorite. Didn't like the fried fish taco, it was definitely not fried on the spot.... Very busy on a Saturday night but got a spot after 20 mins. Each taco is $4-$5 and I needed 4 to fill up. Only churros fordessert options. There are better Mexican spots in town. Read more

Ok I think I qualify as a stalker because I went there for lunch (take out) today and then I was back there w my wife for dinner... 5 hours later. Ya, it was that good. Here?s why I pay for restaurant food when I can cook at home; good food, good drinks, goodatmosphere. BAM! They knocked it out of the park!! 3 run homer turn out the lights this one?s over ! If you want a cheep nightout during the week w some tacos and beers they got you. If you want to gorge on some Mexican food throw some shots down andsome frozens, they got you! If you don?t like meat (bomb fried avocado taco) they got you. I?m telling you the best fish taco????! I got the cod not the swordfish. Salsa is perfect. Guak is spot on. And hey if you want to bring your DOG, go ahead and doit they have out door dining w dog bowls for water or who knows my dog drinks beer ????! Love the food love the drinks love theppl and the feel. TEAM work going on here ppl. Jake who obviously runs the place cuz he?s the man has a cool vibe but is on topof things. Been here several times now and I feel comfortable reviewing it. I have been back so that should tell you that it's pretty... good. After several visits I can say that their tacos are solid. Not the best I have EVER had but one of the best places in CTfor sure. The fried avocado, al pastor, BBQ, and fish tacos are great and I would recommend any of those for sure. The barbacoaand carnitas were good but not as good as the others. The po boy I can not recommend, just not good to me. The nachos are good(especially at happy hour prices), the tortilla chips are usually nice and warm with plenty of salt, their queso cheese dip isgood, guacamole is OK- fresh but a pricey for amount of guacamole received. Drinks are good- my friends like the margaritas andI had a lemon drink that was really good. The only thing I really don't like is their ordering system. Almost every time I havegone there has been a disconnect between Toast App ordering and in-personal service. When using the app to order I seem to onlyget a runner of food and not an actual waiter. For the prices I expect server who checks on everything. Solid offering, but hassome things to improve upon and expanding the menu to offer different tacos ???? would be good too. Read more
We have gone a few times and they never disappoint. As someone who is careful with calories I?m always happy they offer all... tacos in lettuce instead of tortillas. Prices don't seem too high but really add up depending on how many you get! The BBQ was my favorite! So good. Chips and queso... kind of bland. No silverware so pretty messy and awkward to eat the tacos. Waitress was friendly. I like the space they used,unique and interesting. Very dark at night which we didn't mind but others might not like. Busy! Read more
