I ordered a cake in which they failed to complete. The manager was very rude and brushed me off. She later tries to come outside... and offer to make the cake, but I just wanted my money back. She goes inside and attempted to talk about me to her supervisorand when my mother addressed it she yelled out that my mother had a gun and called the police. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY FOR USINGRACE BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHAME ON THE TWO BLACK MEN THAT WORK THERE AND DID NOTHING WHEN SHEDID THAT. Baskin Robbins on North St and Uber Deliver couldn't make it down the street with my ice cream. If I could put no stars I... would. Why would I want to go see them at 40 years of age. I am older than 33 now anyways. I guess they really showed their realchildeshness. Read more
I went through the drive through and requested a strawberry banana smoothie, they only had mango and strawberry. So I ordered... one of each and a few other things. I drove around to the window to pay and was asked to pull around to the front as mysmoothies were not finished. So I did. Well a different man other than Gary the cashier brought me my smoothies out. He saidsince there was a big gap (empty space, hint not a medium) he added a scoop of ice cream (I?m guessing to fill for the space).This ice cream that was added in my strawberry smoothie was flavored ice cream with some type of caramel drizzle on top. Soimagine a strawberry smoothie with a caramel vanilla scoop of ice cream mixed in. Then the mango smoothie was mixed withsomething chocolate. Just imagine if we were allergic to something that was not in what we originally ordered. I will bereaching out to corporate. This is ridiculous. Read more
This location is giving Baskin Robbins a bad name. My family left disappointed and frustrated. We went inside to place our... order. Cars kept coming through the drive-thru, so we had to wait until the employees to the orders of EVERYONE in line. Notsure why we weren't able to place our order between drive thru orders, or hold our place in order "line", even though we weredining room customers. There were no labels on the ice cream freezer, or a menu of flavors. When we asked the employees theflavors of ice cream they "didn't know" most of them. They were out of tons of the ice cream flavors, and had doubles of severalof the flavors so that their cooler looked full. No flavor of the month or basic ice cream flavors. After attempting to makesome modifications by creating sundaes with the few flavors they had, we were also informed they were out of toppings. I shouldhave stuck with my gut instinct after we waited more than 15 minutes to place our order and just gone somewhere else. Willdefinitely NOT be going to this location again. Read more
Its hit or miss. We usually have to stand at the counter for 10 minutes before someone walks from the back to help us. I ordered... the new dairy-free ice cream because of food allergies only to find regular mint ice cream inside. I returned it. And why doesntregular cookie dough ice cream even exists here? Gotta go to Sonic. This should be a 1 stop shop. Definitely need to improve. Read more
Genuine customer service. Very polite and kind employees. You can't go wrong with coffee. Store is clean and fresh environment.... What's not to like? Unless you're some self entitled jerk that likes to make it difficult for yourself and the workers there'sno reason not to pick Dunkin/Baskin. Read more
