Three times I've gone up there and they tell me they are out of liver's and gizzards for the night. I don't know why they don't... put a sign up saying they aren't serving them. I called to see if they had any and no one answered. The drive thru girl withbeads in her hair like whatever. Then the size of the tenders was not worth the $14 I paid. Horrible customer service I will never eat here at the Nacogdoches Franchise again. The food you eat here is never fresh and... they get mad if you ask them politely cook it fresh. Only giving it 2 stars because the drive thru lady was super nice. Paid for extra gravy and did not receive it. Got mashed... potatoes and gravy and there was no gravy on both of ours. Also there were absolutely no forks or napkins in our bag. Almost $30for all these mess ups. Read more
I was a regular before the pandemic but since then Chicken Express has gone downhill. Service is poor and orders wrong pretty... often. Went thru the drive-through yesterday and took my box home. They gave me okra rather than fries but worse than that, mycup of tea had no ice in it. That was a mistake made on purpose if you ask me. And the meal that was $8.32 is now $10.81 toboot. Second time in two weeks it has been something wrong with the chicken. Last week I was given old chicken but I returned it.... Showed the young lady and asked her doe this look pleasing and she said no ma?am. Now today I can?t eat more than two bites offa wing and it is full of salt. Terrible customer service, didn?t even give napkins, silverware or a bag. Associates had bad attitude. Gave the wrong receipt,... and I need to expense the meal. Will never visit again, and can?t recommend it. Only the drive thru was open, and the placewasn?t busy at all. Associates had an attitude they didn?t want to be bothered. Had order delivered from Doordash. Could smell the stench from the fried pickles when I opened the bag. Not sure what happened... here but it is not what you expect from Chicken Express. Service is lacking. Drive through had 10 cars in line, so I went inside, to a line of 4 more parties waiting to order. No... cashier was present, and no other employees acknowledged customers for 7-8 minutes and when someone finally did saunter over,she did not address the first person in line with WORDS, just a stare. Repeat for the next 2, who walked out without ordering.At my designated stare, I said ?hello? and I asked for a tenders combo and she cut me off and said it will be 15-20 minutesbecause they would have to make more. Not already in process of making more. It was 6:30 pm, not out of ordinary dinner hours.Since I?d already wasted 20 mins for nothing, I left, drove to Raising Cane?s, which despite having TEN cars ahead of me in thedrive through, took 8 minutes total.
