Very good customer service. When we first walked in the aroma just made your stomach growl.
I would go in and eat before I ever go to the drive-thru again. Too much broccoli and not enough beef because they were running... short on broccoli beef so they decided to fill it full of broccoli. Not acceptable in my book. Came back inside showed it tomanager and was refunded after debate about all the broccoli in it. Read more

When it first opened up it was great. Recently this particular site, has just went to the bowels of fast food. Every time we... have used the drive thru they can't get anything right. Several times we get home with half of the food we ordered and It's noteven hot. The price of fuel to go back and forth from where we live, it's not even worth going back at that point. Its aboutimpossible these days to get good service or find good help! Especially in NacogdochesTX! What a drag! Good food collection and the food tastes good. Service is kind of slow but they are very patient. The inside of the building... leaves a lot to be desired and the food selection rarely change. They always have a clean bathroom and for that I will keepcoming. Nothing beats Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef, and chow mein. Read more
Nacogdoches panda is way better than lukfkins food. Had a great display of the food and there food is always fresh and taste... amazing. Really wish lufkin could be like this cause I have to drive 30 min to another town to get way better food . Read more
