They're always nice, but there's no reason why I should get second degree burns due to the steam that comes out of pizza boxes
My pizza always come hot. I am never disappointed with Papa John?s. This location is absolutely amazing.
First off the order was wrong, when I add extra cheese , I might as well add no cheese. Pizza is spotty and not worth the value.... Wings were ok. Customer service is always good. An order was placed for 2 stuffed crust pizzas, the store says they heard that we wanted one stuffed, one pan tossed, and insist... they are correct in selling us that. They stated they repeated the order, however if that was true the error would have beencaught. When we called to ask about the order, The manager, Justin hall or hale, had an attitude toward myself and my son, andwas not attempting to correct the issue. Our family are regulars with this location but due to his attitude and this experiencewe will no longer order from any papa John?s affiliated with this franchise. Read more
I had to change my review from the last time. I called today to order a pizza, ordered it and instantly got hung up on. Tried... calling again and same thing. You don't want my bussiness, no problem.
