After placing an order over speaker with about 5 relatives present to hear the conversation, we were brought the wrong order. We... ordered delivery and it was only after we paid $40 including a hefty tip to the driver did the driver inform us that this wasn?twhat we ordered. Naturally we assumed that we?d received what we?d ordered being as though the order was delivered to us. It?samazing that the team was aware that it was incorrect and proceeded to deliver after reading it back over the phone in additionto bringing this to our awareness after collecting the money. We were advised to call the store for a solution as the driverhurried to his vehicle. Upon calling we spoke to the store manager who suggested that we either bring the order back for thecorrect order or accept a $5 store credit. This would be suggestible had our order been $5 or had we not already paid deliveryfees plus a tip but that was not the case. Justin Thacker, the store manager, then informed us that there was nothing more thathe was willing to do including speak to us about the matter because he was about to go home for the night although the storewould be open for another 4 hours.
