I've literally never had such a horrible experience as I just had with this kid in glasses. I show up for delivery pickup, he... hasn't made the drink yet (everything's fine) I didn't have my mask so he asked me to wait outside (still fine) but he let's meknow he won't bring it out so I have to watch from the window for when it will be done, then 20 minutes goes by 4 others servedand I go back inside to be told he hasn't started because there was no order (after already confirming it). After arguing for amoment he finally finds it and sends me back outside so he can make it. After another 10 minutes and others being served, Iwalked back inside, its not where he said it would be, he points at two drinks on the counter and says it's one of them, thenignores me when I try to ask which one it is until I had to be loud. The part that angers me the most was he was just going tolet me stand there all day and not even make the drink my girlfriend had already paid for. They won't give me any contactinformation for the manager either. This is the worst place I've ever walked into. Read more
Nearly every time I call this location nobody answers. I?ve lived here for 13 years. ¯_(?)_/¯ There have also been several... occasions when they?ve gotten my order wrong as well. Employees are nice, but they never EVER ask if I would like to scan forpoints before they swipe my card, or if I have any rewards I?d like to use. When I first got the app and didn?t know how to useit, I asked how to scan for points and use rewards and they literally had no idea. Had to figure it out myself. If there was adifferent Smoothie King in town, I?d go there, but there isn?t, so I reluctantly come here whenever I have a hankering for anunhealthy treat that isn?t a frappuccino. Read more
Healthiest place I've found in Nac. Excellent guy behind the counter who was happy to accommodate and compensate for my grape... allergy! Got the chocolate coffee smoothie for my not so health conscious husband and mother in law, they both loved anddevoured them. May be a good healthy option for that person in your family, too! This place takes a milkshake to a whole new level. You do have lots of choices. But there is only one no frills bathroom. ... There's not much in the way of seating either. It's clear they want you to get your drink and get out. Read more
