Ordered 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and 2 drinks and took over 37 minutes. Absolutely the worst sonic I've ever been to.
I pulled up and pressed the button immediately I sat there for 8 minutes and never that waited on so I decided to use the app... hoping that would be faster after I ordered the button was still activated and stayed activated for another 10 minutes before itexpired and then I sat there for another 30 minutes waiting on my app order which was "being prepared" before the order was justremoved from the stall and from my app and I never received it. And I wasn't the only one I watched every other car around mecome in and out multiple times and none of them ever ordered because they never answered the red button. Worst Sonic experienceever. Very anoying lady taking our order kept cutting us off while we were still trying to make our order then completely cut us off... and told us our total and cut off the connection through the speaker... Had to press the button again to place the rest of ourorder which they got several things wrong even though when they relayed the order back to us it was right... Burger pattieswere VERY dry... Ordered 2cherry slushes 40 min later still didn't get my order. Pushed red order button again and no one answered waited few... more minutes finally as we started to pull out they answered. The service at this Sonic is awful. You wait longer than usual to get your food and don?t even think to order something with ice... cream. It will take even longer! It?s worth driving out to the South Street one! That?s what happens when you let a bunch ofcollege kids run your restaurant! Read more
They are usually only quick if you have a call ahead order. Emphasis on ?usually?. This may just be my picky self, but nearly... every. single. time. I order mozzarella sticks, I have to ask for marinara sauce AFTER I get my order. Nothing is put in there?not even ranch or something. It?s supposed to come with it automatically, but I guess they think I like mine dry. Definitelyneed some better management around this location. Something needs to change and fast. Read more
Burgers had zero taste. Center location has much better food. Worker was friendly though.
