Food is usually pretty good when I order from here. I did have problems with ordering on the app. I ordered an Oreo Blast with... whipped cream and cookie dough chunks and received just pain vanilla ice cream. It took way too long to receive and they wereextremely busy so I just took it home and crumbled some cookies into it. Read more
Ordered drinks and blasts during happy hour. It took them 20 minutes to come out and tell us they can't do blasts or shakes. Why... did it take 20 minutes for 2 drinks?! So confused. Not super pleased. Read more
So after working all I decided to stop at this sonic for the only meal I had today! The bun is hard the hotdog is undercooked my... tots was rock hard! (Threw them out before writing this) it?s impossible to go back because construction is being done and ittook me 20 minutes to do a u turn! So annoyed for the $13.00 I spent and. Said they couldn't make a sonic blast but they could serve soft ice cream . tried to order just ice cream and she told me she... would make a milkshake. So I ordered a chocolate shake. It was disgusting and I threw it away in the parking lot. My vanilla DrPepper doesn't have vanilla. When I asked the girl that delivered my food about the ice cream she said their machine wasoverheating and they were short staffed. Don't give the tip thru the app. The car hop doesn't get it. I asked 2 different car hops at 2 different locations.
