My service Tuesday was terrible. I went inside instead of drive thru because there were 8 cars in line. Went inside places my... order to go and received my order 20 min later . It was ridiculous. I complained, but they didn't care what I had to say. Iwished I stayed in drive thru. The truck I was behind had already gone through drive thru plus 3 more cars behind him before Ireceived my food. The guy making my food was playing around and touching other things beside making my food. I stood there andwatched him. I am done with this Taco Bell. Service is horrible if you go inside. The BEST Taco Bell experience I?ve ever had in my 20 years of living on this earth. If you worked Saturday night, 10 pm aug 13,... just know my food was amazing. Never had Taco Bell like that before. Apparently ordering online is useless because once we arrived at the drive thru they told us we needed to check in at the... speaker to give them time to make our order.
