It's wing stop they are your flavor guides. Let them flavor up your life, never had bad wings from this location.

I was in town visiting and decided we would get Wingstop. I live in Houston so this store wasn't even busy compared to the ones... at home. I ordered and waited about 25 minutes...I see everyone that ordered after me get their food! So, I ask about mine andshe says...its coming! I don't know why I didn't open the compartments, because I would have known that it wasn't right! Itsjust crazy that after paying $33.00 for wings you'd think it would be right! I called them 8 times only to get a voicemail...noone has called back yet! I will be going back before I leave so they can fit my order! Both fries were literally crumbs from thebottom of the bag! I asked for extra lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan...I had little to no lemon pepper and no garlic Parmesanat all! The container was full on grease! So first let me start off by saying I completely understand what it's like to work in the food service industry, so I understand... how stressful it can be at times, but tonight's cashier did not meet the standards of customer service. When I first arrived, noone greeted me, but of course I'm still in the customer service industry so I spoke first( plus I was just brought up that way,to speak when you enter a room). I haven't eaten wingstop in a few months and when I did I would normally call it in, so when Iarrived and no one greeted me, I let it slide and spoke. The cashier did not speak back(which is fine) but she had this tone inher voice like she didn't want to be here. I proceeded to tell her my order and she just stopped me in mid sentence, no excuseme ma'am, just stopped me and said can I get a name for the order in a non friendly tone. I then told her that I didn't hear herwhen she asked the first time and gave her my name. This was not the worst that has happened to me and in no way do I want thisyoung lady to lose her job but I do think customer service coaching may be needed and how to deal with frustration in theworkplace. Only been here a couple of times and both times have been pleasant. My boyfriend is allergic to garlic (not deathly so a little... bit is okay but after a certain amount he will get sick) so when he ordered, he didn't specify any seasoning on the fries. Wereceived the fries and it had the garlic salt and sugar seasoning. He asked at the front if the fries had garlic on them and helet them know his condition. They quickly replaced the fries with plain ones and were very accommodating. We even offered to payfor the new fries since it was a mess up on our end that he didn't specify no seasoning at all. They exchanged the fries with noproblems and all was good. Wings were hot and delicious. Fries were hot and greasy and amazing in the ranch dipping sauce. Allin all, we haven't had a super horrible experience when visiting here. Read more
