This is the worst experience I have ever had. I'm a local and went through the drive thru only to find out Taco bell was closed... due to staffing. I live here and get the staffing issue. I went on to order from KFC and then they were out of fries. What fastfood place runs outta fries? The the chicken tenders I ordered were very obviously cooked from way earlier in the day. cold asice and nasty tasting. Went in the trash can. What a waste of my money. Read more

They are asking for tips at the drive thru. After 18 minutes in line and getting our order wrong. The tip thing made me feel... awkward. I won't be going back. Read more

Short staffed but still was able to quickly serve everyone. Thanks for good service and delicious chicken! Chicken at the beach!

My meal was pretty good. Got chicken finger box meal. Fries not as hot as I would have liked. Menu stated my meal came with 2... sauces but after I took my meal to a table I realized I didn't have any sauces so went back to counter to ask and they got themfor me. Read more

I am a fan of their simple tacos. There's nothing I love more than a soft beef taco or steak taco with nothing but cheese on it.... They are cheap and absolutely delicious. And one cannot complain about the prices either. The service is pretty decent, drivethrough is always on point. But I prefer to go inside to grab my food if there's a line in the Drive-Thru because it seems to bequicker. Read more

Update @ 618pm the next day I received a call from Faith, the owner of this location and the Kitty Hawk/Southern Shores location... and they offered to make it right with my next visit concerning the missing item. I was also informed that the employees are notobligated to inquire about sauce when it pertains to a mobile order a policy I was unaware of as I was trying to save time inthe drive thru by ordering ahead. Note taken Went at 330 this afternoon. Pulled over to place my order on mobile to keep fromholding up the line. Fast forward 10 minutes after order placed. Get in drive thru line. I'm 4 cars back. car moves I goforward. The next car proceeds to sit for upwards of 20 minutes. Not sure if it's them or the person taking the order. Thevehicles in front of me and behind me grow inpatient and leave... This puts me behind the car at the speaker. A few minutes goby and they drive forward... I pull up and am greeted promptly and inform them of my mobile order. Pull around and the car thatwas in front of me was gone.. As in never received food or had an order taken. I get to the window and receive the two cherryfreeze drinks I ordered. Wait for maybe 7-10 mins before I receive my bag of food. It's handed to me and before I even set itdown the window is closed. No option to or question on sauce. I wait a couple more minutes for the guy to circle back aroundwith a confusing look on his face as to why I'm still sitting there. He pops the window open and I requested my mild and firesauce. I then drive 15 minutes home in the wonderful OBX traffic on a Saturday afternoon to find I have a main item missing frommy order. A burrito valued at $7 and I'm livid at this point my wife's cinnamon twists are rancid and not edible... I have to goget food from somewhere else bc screw that taco bell and the drive... Will I receive a refund, I don't know. All I know is ifthis review saves people from wasting their time and money at this location then that will be a plus... Read more

Unlike the Taco Bell located in Kitty Hawk, I consider this place more of a tomaine palace than anything else. The lines are... long In the drive-through. The only way to get your food in a timely manner is to go inside the restaurant and wait in the linethere. I can't review the KFC part of the business But you're still going to wait in the same long line to get that food. However after eating what I ordered, I wished I hadn't. Read more

I am giving this review a 2-star review on account of the fact that when I ordered potato tacos from there yesterday, they were... spectacular. They were fresh. They were delicious. They were as they were meant to be. To add to that, my drive-throughexperience was unique. The gentleman taking my order was bubbly and happy and he put a genuine smile on my face. Though mydrive-through order was lacking efficiency, the sauces I ordered, and napkins, I was so pleased with the quality of the foodthat I didn?t feel I needed to say anything. At that point, I would have given at least a 4-star review. What got me was when Iwent back the next day, the potato tacos I got were absolutely appalling. The potatoes that were there (there were not many inthere) were dried up and crusty and void of any kind of flavor, owing to the fact that they?d been likely sitting under a lampfor far beyond their prime. I am convinced they were potatoes from yesterday, as my visit today was at 11:30 in the morning.Clearly, the quality control at this location is severely lacking. If it hadn?t been for the effervescent gentleman and thedeliciousness from the day before, I would have given us a one star review and I would?ve called corporate. Get it togetherguys. No, I didn?t take a photo. After seeing the first one in the state, I checked the other two, saw they were the same? Andthrew them all away. Sad waste of a few bucks, especially knowing the potential. Read more
