I ordered in the app and when I ordered, I said no lettuce, tomato, and onion! When I got home, it had lettuce, tomato, and... onion. I went back and told the girl that it was wrong and she told me that it was an app issue that they didn't receive ontheir end any special request, that I would have to place a new order and pay for it. Well I did, and ordered the wrap with nolettuce, tomato, and onion. I got home a second time and it had lettuce, tomato, and onion. I went back and she told me thatthey had another order of the same kind so they got it mixed up. I had to go back a third time. I said I'm sure this is humanerror! By that time I was pretty upset so I called the 1-800 number and the lady told me that that was not an app issue and theyshould have remade my sandwich for free. The service was exceptionally horrible. If there is an option for another location, goahead and go there. Read more

For the price, you can't go wrong with a roast beef and/or a chicken slider! Let's not forget about the apple or cherry... turnovers; they're perfect if you're craving a sweet flakey pastry! I've always received great customer service at thedrive-through on 12th Ave in Nampa, Idaho. Read more

UBER DRIVERS: BEWARE! The app's pickup instructions will say you *must* pick up your order in the drive-thru, yet when you pull... up they'll say you must go inside to pick it up. Expect to make 3 stoppages: 1) park normally and read pickup instructions, 2)go in the drive-thru 3) park again! Most of all, expect one hell of a rude manager to be defensive about the app info beingwrong, then telling everyone to remember next time to go inside... yeah right like among the 100s or 1000s of restaurantsdrivers deliver for. A replacement manager is needed ASAP! Read more

Ordered French dip -n- cheddar. No cheddar on sandwich wasn't cut in half. How are you suspose to eat a 8" French dip not cut in... half. Service was slow no napkins in bag and these people want $15.00 an hour?????. Also bought 1/4 pounder that was raw. yesraw. meat was so pink. Where's the manager?? Read more

We went to Arby?s at 9:30PM, ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and a beef n? cheddar. It took them almost 30 MINUTES to... complete our simple order. There were 5 cars waiting at the front of the store for their orders, all of them ordered after wedid but received their orders before ours. We ordered 2 sandwiches and fries. When we finally got our order, the buffalo chickenwas cold. Extremely disappointed and unlikely to return. Read more

We've only had one bad experience at this location. We eat here almost every Monday night. The food is usually timely and not... cold. The people (all but 1) are actually really good, and want to please the customers. We'll be back, and hopefully the onebad egg will find another place to work. Read more

We order Beef n Cheddar sandwiches the just took a regular roast beef and added cheese no onion bun charged us for the beef n... Cheddar which is almost 2 bucks more asked for Arby sauce we were given 2 of them. We had 5 sandwiches and a med curly fry whata joke.. Read more
