I come here a out every other week on Wednesdays. I get the medium shakes, which are mostly cheap in comparison with other... places. I work at a fast food place and I understand how difficult it can to be nice to customers. Not once, even when dealingwith a difficult customer, have I seen them be anything but pleasant. They always have my order ready once I get to the windowand they are very quick over all. My favorite part of this place is the toppings they put on top of ice cream, I find it veryunique. I?m super disappointed with the customer service. I only ever get chicken rings for food at this location so when they were out... today I got my niece chicken strips instead. At the speaker I asked for a kids two piece and repeated myself three times becausethey couldn?t hear me which is understandable. When they finally heard they asked me again if I wanted a two piece and I saidyes. They rung me up for a halibut meal instead and when they read me the price I knew something was off so I asked at thewindow. They showed me what I ordered and I let them know politely that I didn?t order the halibut and I ordered. chickenstrips. The girl at the window was visibly upset I corrected my order and the girl in the back was talking LOUDLY about howannoyed she was. I work at a Dairy Queen: I understand how it can be stressful when busy but the attitude will only turncustomers away especially when I was nothing but nice. Normally Arctic circle is pretty good but the were more average this last time. Now, when my family gets a dinner meal there's a... lot of us so Normally we do end up with mistakes. So 9 of us ordered that night but we did get a few more mistakes than normal.My chicken sandwich had absolutely nothing except chicken on it. No mayo, no lettuce no tomatoes nothing. Not even the bacon Iordered as an add on. My mom's chicken sandwich had one slice of tomato and one single lettuce strip on it so not much better. Iended up with a diet drink instead of my soda and we ended up with an extra drink. But normally they are very fast, friendly,the meal tastes good for the cheaper price and the thing I absolutely pride them on is their kid toys. This place is great. The burgers are great, the fries are great, the shakes are great and the soda is never watered down. Try... the banana shake, it's dangerous... may become addicted. Read more
This should be a historic place, Arctic Circle has been here since I was a kid. The dining room had saddles that kids could sit... on and it, it has been updated long ago. Clean place. My bread was hard, but the fries were delicious! The fry sauce is thebest! Read more
Place runs like a top. That means good food great rings and a fast line. Loved it
